Inquiries and contact details
Nebulad is Nicholas Cantore’s creative website. The contact form stores your name, email, message, and the work you asked about in the private Creator Studio inbox. Authorized owner and administrator business managers can read these records and respond. When delivery is enabled, Resend delivers a notification to his business inbox so he can respond. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Updates you choose
Newsletter signup stores your email, optional name, signup source, selected topics, and the wording and time of your consent. A subscription remains pending until you confirm your email. While confirmation delivery is paused, signup does not activate a subscription. Earlier alpha test records remain inactive.
Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link that works without an account. We retain a minimal suppression record so later imports, giveaway entries, and repeated signups cannot silently subscribe you again. Delivery failures and complaints may also prevent future sending.
Giveaways
A giveaway stores your name, email, entry time and source, rules acknowledgement, and any optional marketing choice. Entry is free and does not require a purchase, Shopify account, or newsletter subscription. Eligibility, closing time, prize, and official rules belong to each giveaway. Authorized owner and administrator business managers can record paper entries, select a winner using the method permitted by the disclosed rules, and contact that person about the prize. Draw records preserve the eligible population, selection method, actor, time, and result for accountability.
Storage and access
Vercel hosts the website and private images, and Neon stores website records. Resend handles enabled email delivery and necessary delivery or unsubscribe events. Audience records, giveaway entrants, and inquiries are restricted to authorized owner and administrator business accounts. Shared creative drafts remain collaborative. Content and media explicitly classified as Personal, including private journal and discovery content, remain accessible only to Nicholas’s owner account through the website. Authorized infrastructure operators can perform secure maintenance and encrypted recovery.
Cookies and external services
Creator Studio uses essential session cookies for sign-in. Abuse protection uses limited request information and submission limits; public forms can use Cloudflare Turnstile. No advertising analytics, social feed script, or email open/click tracking is enabled by this release. External Shopify, social, map, and video links are governed by those services when you visit them.
Your choices and retention
Use the contact form to ask Nicholas about access, corrections, or deletion of your information. Unsubscribing immediately stops future marketing eligibility; it does not erase records needed to honor that choice. Giveaway, inquiry, and consent records are retained for their stated purpose and recovery, with access restricted. Nicholas must review the final retention schedule before public launch.
