This is a heartbreakingly haunting song about the prospect of peace and the helplessness most of us feel in the face of constant tragedy and atrocities. It speaks to me on a personal level, but also on a global scale. Oh, that velvet voice of Annie Lennox. She really knows how to take you along on a journey.
