Recently Chris and I discovered Modern Love, an Amazon Prime series based on a weekly column from the pages of The New York Times. Each episode is a real life situation, but each one is different from the previous. It’s a quality series; you should watch it. That said, the theme song is called Setting Sail, and it’s really quite beautiful. I feel like it’s a perfect representation of mine and Chris’s imperfect but beautiful relationship after these 13 years. I hear this and think of us, and our own unique love story, unlike anyone else’s. I can’t imagine doing any of this* without him. Give this song a listen. *This = everything.
